Greenbush Child Caring, Inc. (GCC) is a non-profit school-age child care organization that has been in operation since 1983.
GCC is made up of a volunteer Board of Directors, Executive Director, Program Director, Office Manager, Bookkeeper, Site Directors and direct care employees. Together the employees and the Board of Directors establish policies and procedures concerning the general operation of the agency. Our employees are committed to providing quality child care. GCC provides its employees with ongoing training to ensure that we reach a high standard of care for each child. We consistently evaluate our programs and survey our families to ensure that we meet or exceed parental expectations.
Our mission is to provide school-age children with developmentally appropriate child care, along with recreational and enrichment activities in a positive environment.

Greenbush Child Caring, Inc. is seeking employees for school-age child care, before-school & after-school programs:
Experience working with children required. Ages 18 and up can apply.
FT, 32-35 hours per wk: Mon-Fri. 6:45-9a.m. and 3-6p.m. Sept.-June, Monday-Friday: 6-7 hour shift; July-Aug. 8 hour shift (w/30 min meal break). Addt’l hours per wk.: office time, shopping, planning, meetings, half-day and full-day programs
Education, Recreation, or related field, OR School age Child Care Credential
Two years direct experience working with children under the age of 15 years, including at least 1 year supervisory exp.
Benefits: Sick time accrual upon hire. After 90 days of employment personal/vacation time will accrue along with eligibility to enroll in health insurance and misc. insurances (dental, vision, Aflac pd. by employee). Employees contribute to health insurance premiums.
