Enrollment fee is $35 per child
Programs Include:
- Before-School Programs (BSP) in the APCSD, BBCSD & EGCSD elementary schools
- After-School Programs (ASP) in the APCSD, BBCSD & EGCSD elementary schools (Goff Middle School enrollees are transported to Genet)
Registration Instructions & Policies:
- Registration for all current OR previously enrolled families MUST be done via the parent portal & NOT through the GCC website, as this will create duplicate accounts.

- Download “Insite Parent” via your devices app store, it is free to download.
- Enter your child’s Insite Parent ID #:

- Enter your parent portal username & password.
- Select the registration tile & follow prompts.
**Please note; the app currently will only allow for program registration, view of account statements, & view of child’s enrolled programs. The app does not provide access to editing for any account information. If needed, all account updates can be edited via the parent portal using a web browser. **
- Submit applicable enrollment fee(s); $35 per child
- Submit all necessary medical paperwork or other important documentation; if needed.
- July we bill for September tuition & in August we bill for advanced June tuition.
- Monthly invoices will be emailed on the 1st of each month & will be due on the 20th of each month thereafter.

Full-Day Vacation Programs:
- Registration is available for all Full-Day Programs, 3 weeks in advance from the date they will take place.
Half-Day Programs:
- Registration is available for all Half-Day Programs, 3 weeks in advance from the date they will take place.
- Half-Day Program accommodations are contingent upon staffing.
- Enrollment will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to families who are regularly enrolled in the PM Program on the day the half-day will take place.
- There is NO tuition fee for the Half-Day Program if your child is normally enrolled in GCC for the afternoon the half-day falls on.
School Year 2026-2027:
- NOW OPEN--Request Programs/Days through the Wait-List. If we are capable of accommodation, we will reach out to you directly.
